  • The abstract that is uploaded should include all fields: abstract title, authors and affiliations and abstract text
    No video clips are allowed during oral/poster presentations.
  • Enter the names of the authors (one per line) and institutions that contributed to the presentation. Please indicate clearly who will be the presenter of the paper.
  • Biography to be used to introduce you before your presentation, please note that this forms part of your 15 minute presentation time so please make it as short as possible; 250 characters maximum.
  • Accepted file types: odf, doc, docx, pdf.

    The abstract document should ideally be submitted in Microsoft Word or equivalent format. Note that the document file size may not exceed 30MB (twelve megabytes). If your document is currently greater than 30MB in size you might try reducing the sizes of any embedded images.

    The manuscript should not exceed 300 words

    Please note: Proceedings will no longer be published but documents will be available for download.

    A 4-pg article (including tables/graphs/figures) should be submitted for each presentation before or at Priorities (papers and posters). All tables/graphs/figures should have black lines, no fill and black text on a white background. A soft/hard copy can be submitted beforehand or at the conference. Failure to supply an article for the Proceedings will be regarded as breach of contract and will exclude you from submitting abstracts for presentation at future Priorities conferences.
