Abstract Submissions

ABSTRACT FORM: To be submitted for all presentations (oral or poster - 1 page maximum).

Abstracts submitted without data and results will not be considered for oral presentations.

Applications for bursaries are only accepted before the abstract and bursary submission deadline date published in the registration pack. No late bursary applications or abstracts will be accepted after this date. Continuing education topics (lectures) and advocacy presentations will not be accepted, except by invitation.

Abstract document
Enter the names of the authors (one per line) and institutions that contributed to the presentation. Please indicate clearly who will be the presenter of the paper.
The abstract document may be in any of the common word processor document, spreadsheet, pdf, or slideshow formats. Note that the document file size may not exceed 2MB (two megabytes). If your document is currently greater than 2MB in size you might try reducing the sizes of any embedded images.

Please note: Proceedings will be published.

A 4-pg article (including tables/graphs/figures) should be submitted for each presentation before or at Priorities (papers and posters). All tables/graphs/figures should have black lines, no fill and black text on a white background. A soft/hard copy can be submitted beforehand or at the conference. Failure to supply an article for the Proceedings will be regarded as breach of contract and will exclude you from submitting abstracts for presentation at future Priorities conferences.
